"KEEP THE TRADITION IN THE KITCHEN"

After more than 40 years in the restaurant business, Joe Arcobasso decided he was ready to do something else . . . but was he really?  When working in other jobs he still had so many requests for his pizza he couldn't shake the idea of making them available to everyone.  It became his dream and passion, but how to do this was the question.  With the help of his wife and family he started making pizza kits from home for friends and family so they could experience a restaurant quality pizza in the comfort of their own homes.  No more pizza delivery, this could be made in less amount of time and hot out of the oven.  The word spread rapidly and the business grew quickly.  So quickly, the home kitchen and freezer storage space wasn't enough to keep them stocked fast enough to fill orders.  So why not let this venture grow so others besides family and friends could enjoy?  So here we are making our dream come true.
